At Natural Healing Oils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure the product is protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
